Natalie Shea, Project Management LDP for Pentair. In her division, she is in the leadership development program that is a rotational program. She uses IE daily by applying a technical mindset to understand the products. Natalie is going the business route and plans to get her MBA in the future. IE has served as her technical base for her career. She highly recommends doing a Co-op. Watch as she explains how she chose her major and how she was involved in IISE in her undergraduate.
